Please do not send your purchase back to us without acknowledgement of your return via email. 

Returns & Exchanges

Billie Marie has a 30 day return or exchange policy. We can only accept unused items in the original packaging. We reserves the right to accept or deny any return based on the condition of the item when received.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Commissioned or custom pieces
  • Monogramed items
  • Sale items
  • Items that show signs of use or wear
  • Items not in their original packaging

To complete your return, please email us at hello@billiemariegoods.com with the following information:

  • Online order number or receipt from in person purchase
  • The name of the item 
  • Whether it's a return or exchange

Please do not send your purchase back to us without acknowledgement of your return via email. 

Shipping on Returns or Exchanges

Once you've emailed us to initiate a return, you will receive a return shipping label via email. Please print and tape to the top of the original box you received your order in and make sure to use the label within 3 days. Any postage beyond the three day time frame will be your responsibility. Drop the label at the carrier listed on the return shipping label.

Refunds 
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your return has been approved for refund. 
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please contact us at hello@billiemariegoods.com if there are any issues with your refund.

Please note: the original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be taken out of the refund amount. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you that can be used online or in store. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
